Instructional Design

Below is a selection of projects spanning many of the services I have offered as an Instructional Designer. I have design learning experiences and training programs from the ground up, including performing audience need studies, developing learning frameworks, building courses, designing and delivering trainings, writing educational content using brand voices, and creating multimedia assets.

ONLINE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

This course is part of a newly built offering of online courses for a mental health and wellness organization. It contains samplings from other online offerings, compiled as an online resources for in-person clients.

This course showcases design and development skills in Articulate Rise, research, writing skills, and the development of entire courses from the ground up in collaboration with media groups and SMEs.

LMS MIGRATION TRAINING

This document contains an in-depth analysis of context and learner needs for the ASU migration between learning management systems (LMS), as well as the learner and instructor manuals for LMS training at the University.


This document showcases skills in assessing audience profiles, learner needs, and the creation of a learning program from start to finish.

This document contains a literature review analyzing the concept of backwards design and its utility as a topic for professional development.

This document showcases research methods, knowledge of backwards design principles, and the relevant application theories therein.

LEARNING EVALUATION

This document covers the evaluation of a learning program at a local middle school aimed towards supporting special learning needs via technology.

This document showcases skills in performing evaluations on learning programs, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing recommendations to improve academic value.

ONLINE TUTORIAL (WITH ADOBE EXPRESS)

This web tutorial, developed in Adobe Express, guides users through the process of using Adobe Photoshop for photo editing. Designed as a supplemental guide to work in tandem with synchronous remote presentation, this page also works as a standalone piece.
